What is BiziLife Ventures?
BiziLife Ventures is a start-up company based in Binghamton NY that aims to enhance the community's connectivity by introducing local businesses and organizations to new and creative promotional outlets that integrate person-to-person networks and print media with web and mobile technologies.
With a significant focus on strengthening community-university connections, the company's projects engage local college students and foster relationships that complement a virtual network. Recognizing the importance for communities of the future to think and act collectively, BiziLife Ventures is dedicated to supplying local individuals and organizations with services that improve community awareness, collaboration, and resiliency.
Why was it started?
In 2010, former CEO of H2 Innovations, Inc., Kathryn Fletcher, founded BiziLife Ventures to provide local organizations with effective ways to reach Binghamton University students. After years of students claiming there's nothing to do in Binghamton while business owners and community leaders struggled to enlighten them, it's time for everyone to "get bizi"! BiziLife Ventures is teaming up current college students and recent graduates with local organizations to help promote the community's many events and amenities. While enhancing their online presence through services such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp, BiziLife Ventures will continue to develop a platform for virtual community connections, creating a strong local network that promotes commerce, fosters collaboration, and enhances the quality of life.
